How do I place an order?
There are a few options for placing an order.
1. If you have a bespoke request simply fill in the contact form that can be found here or give us a call on 07907123526.
2. If you are looking for a gift, there are ready to order artworks available in the online shop.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
For bespoke orders a deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking in the diary and allow us to begin work on your design.
For orders from our online shop there is no need to secure your order with a deposit, simply add the item to your basket and click to checkout.
What frame colour options are available?
Whilst natural pine wood frames are our most popular choice there are alternative colours available.
Frames can be black, white, cream, silver, mahogany effect, oak effect and solid oak.
Please be aware that it is only the natural pine and the solid oak that are wooden, the other options are laminated wood effect.
Both the backing card and the front mount card are available in a range of colours that are chosen to compliment the floral arrangement and are customisable for bespoke orders.
It may be possible to source an alternative colour or wood finish so please contact us on 07907123526 to discuss your requirements.
Are there other frame sizes available?
The frame sizes on the website are our most popular sizes or have been chosen to present the artwork to it's best, however, if you are looking for something different or do not see the size that you are looking for, please get in touch as we are always able to source alternative sizes.
How deep are the frames?
The standard size of our frames is 70mm deep. If an arrangement is within a deeper frame this will be noted in the listing.
Occasionally bespoke designs may require a deeper box to accommodate all of the flowers and foliage, this will be discussed with you prior to order placement.
How long will my order take?
For bespoke orders please allow 6 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch of order. Your order is considered placed once you have received an email confirming your deposit payment.
Orders from the online shop are dispatched within 3 working days of your order placement, providing you have placed your order before 2pm.
If you have placed your order after 2pm, your order will not be processed until the following working day.

Do you have any "Ready to order" arrangements?
Yes we do. If you are looking for a gift and need it in a hurry, you can find a range of floral gifts and frames that can be ordered immediately in the online shop.
Do you supply fixings for hanging the frame?
Each frame is supplied with the hanging fitting attached to the back. The hardware that you choose to use on your wall is, however, your responsibility.
How do I care for the flowers?
Whilst each flower and leaf within the arrangement has been treated with art fixative or varnish please ensure that your flowers are kept in a dry environment as much as possible to ensure that they retain their shape.
The arrangements are not suitable for high moisture areas such as bathrooms or wet rooms.
They should also be kept away from direct sunlight as this may fade the colours. Whilst this can be an attractive result in itself, it is irreversible.
For freestanding arrangements a gentle dusting with a dry cloth or brush duster from time to time will help maintain their appearance.
